   A middle-aged man's compulsion to pursue much younger women. Mocking rather than condemnatory, and usually said about a man by his friends.

   The man himself is said to tener titimanía or to be a titimaníaco.

Where it comes from

From titi, Cuban slang for a young woman, plus the Greek-derived -manía. The counterpart word is temba, a person in their forties or fifties — a Cuban age term with no clean English equivalent. Both belong to a well-developed Cuban vocabulary for age gaps in relationships.
