What it means
Getting angry at the person who has just caught you out — turning a justified complaint back on the complainant.

Where it comes from
逆 ('reverse') plus キレる, the slang verb for snapping or losing one's temper — itself from 切れる, 'to be cut', as of a thread giving way.
